Shipping
We use Australia Post & Sendle for all orders shipped within Australia.
$6 Flat Rate for all standard (up to 500g) deliveries within Australia. Urgent and large orders will incur additional charges, please contact us for bulk, express, insurance and signature on delivery costs.
International orders - Please contact us prior to placing order.
Delivery Times
Please allow 2-3 working days for processing orders, however most orders will be sent within 1-2 days upon receipt of payment.
Store Pickup - Please notify us at time of placing order to ensure items are ready for collection from our Rubicon Street store.
Refund/Return/exchange
Please contact us immediately upon receipt of damaged or faulty product so we can resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
We will provide full refund of item cost or replace item if found to be faulty or damaged in transit. Please email your request along with order number within 7 days of receipt of order.
Refund is not given for change of mind or incorrect size ordered so please choose your items carefully. Freight costs for items returned will be at your cost unless approved by us.

Credit card details are not stored by Rings on her fingers. All customer information received via our site may be used for internal purposes such as mailing list to inform customers of new developments, special offers etc …. Variation in colour, size and shape
We advise that pictures displayed on our site may not always replicate exactly that of finished items. Due to photographic limitations colours can appear different, computer screen resolution can also influence colour display. Items made using natural materials may vary in shape, size and colour due to the nature of product used, for example fresh water pearls are often random in shape, size and colour can vary slightly. While we make every effort to supply items as accurate as photographed on our site, occasionally slight variation may be out of our control.
